Hi,

I have a HP Instant link contract originally in the UK. I moved to Germany. I wanted to change the shipping address to a German address, but I am not allowed to change the country.  Then I wanted to cancel my HP Instant Ink contract, but when I click to the relevant link and I try to login (again) it fails with time out. At the same time I can see the other functionalities under my account.

Would you be able to advise please how to change the HP instant ink contract from the UK to Germany, please?

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.  

 

To locate your account, please provide
Your registered email address
Your Instant Ink account ID
Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
Confirm your address,

Hi Alden4,

Thanks for your answer and willingness to help. After seeing your message I tried again to cancel my UK subscription, which was working fine by now (it did not work few days ago). 

Now as far as I understand

1. I need to wait until my cancellation will be effective at the end of my printing cycle.

2. After that re-enroll my printer for my new country.

 So I will wait now and then try to enroll the printer again with the new details.
