Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have hp deskjet 2700e printer; there is an alert that I need to update payment method. I did that, but still have the same alert. Tried to get support, but keep getting - sorry...We're having trouble loading your information. Try refreshing the page or come back later. Refreshed and still same message.

Chat is no help.

Can't find an email for support or a phone number for support. Can find for sales.

Juts bought this printer and connected it 2 weeks ago.
