Changed ink cartridges and now can't print. Refers me to www.hpinstantink.com

Recently purchased this new all-in-one printer.  A message came up when I was printing instructing me to change the ink cartridges.  Once I did that I can't print and get an error message instructing me to visit www.hpinstantink.com for more information.  I was unable to get more information when I went to that site. Still can't print.

What is your Instant Ink account number or the email address that you use to log in to your account?

 

Also, verify your shipping address, printer serial number for further assistance.
