Changeof Microsoft password, no printer response now

I have changed my Microsoft password, now my printer does not respond. How solve this problem?

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
  • When you refer to the Microsoft password, is it the computer password?
  • Is there any error message on the computer or the printer?
  • Is the printer enrolled in HP Instant Ink Program?
