Product: HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer

I have received email  from HP Instant Ink re my debit card expiring soon which is correct. I have gone to Account Dashboard Overview and clicked on Billing Change but the next screen does not have entry form for new card only two boxes. One just says Account and other just saying:

General
Status
1 Information not available
Connectivity
1 Printer connected
 
Can anyone help?
 
My current card finishes on 31 July.
