I have read over what was posted, but it doesn't seem to be working on mine. Its only grayed out pretty much saying I can't change it on the website. I want to change the username to a different email address.

I understand you would like change username on your account 

 

To assist better -

 

  1. Would you like to change the username name on the HP Smart account or HP instant ink account?
  2.  May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
