I am being billed twice and my printer sometimes won’t print because it thinks I have a billing problem. It’s been months that I’ve been billed twice and just thought well maybe I went over on printing but no, I in fact have been billed
twice for quite some time now and can’t understand how or why. I need refunds and a resolution as I can’t ever get thru to customer service
