I just set up my printer and I have printed 2 pages, however today I check my bank and I have been charged £1 by HP instant ink. This shouldn't be happening as the website and webapp are telling me that I have a 6 month free trial and can print up to 700 pages. However I have printed 1 and been charged, why is this?
