Charges without installing instant ink cartidges

I signed up to instant ink and following a two-month free trial, I have been getting charged £9.99 per month, however I have not actually ever installed the cartridges into my printer. I've not been successful making contact so hopefully I can have some help via here?

Given that I have used only my own ink cartridges, I'd like to be refunded the charges prior to setting up the instant ink cartridges and giving that a try.

From your description, it sounds like your printer came with Instant Ink Ready cartridges.

The status of these cartridges does not change unless and until you enroll in the Instant Ink Subscription service.

When the plan becomes active (having enrolled), the Instant Ink Ready cartridges are enabled as Instant Ink cartridges and become part of the plan.

For example, in your region, see contract section 5-d "Instant Ink Program cartridges provided to You" > subsection "i"
