I own a HP ENVY 6455e All in one printer. I had 6 months of Instant Ink free, am continuing it past the 6 months. I had a paper jam this morning and now I'm getting a Check Your Account error with the printer information report whenever I try to copy or print anything. The Instant Ink account is activated, a valid credit card is on file and was even able to upgrade the plan this afternoon. Have turned off the printer, unplugged, waited 30 seconds, and plugged back in. It still has the same problems.
I cannot print and need a resolution.
