Hi.

I bought used printer.

There was a Instant Ink inside.

So I wanted to join the Instant Ink service.

But I couldn't do because claim code was required during registration.

I tried to print information page but I couldn't do because the ink was Instant Ink.

How can I join the Instant Ink service?

I almost mad for a day due to this problem.

Please help me.

I see that you have issues with claiming the printer, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document HP Printers - Having Trouble Claiming Your Printer? to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

Also, refer to the document HP Printers - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink for help with enrollment.
