I already have an instant ink account but have just purchased a new printer that has 5 months free ink. Can I claim these even though I already have an account?

If you have replaced your old printer with a new printer to your existing instant ink account and you got the offer of 5 free months of ink, yes there is the possibility that you can claim. 

 

However, make sure you have that offer and share the image/snapshot of it. I will look into it.😊
