Hello. I have purchased my HP Officejet Pro 8028 a little over a year ago today. It came with a free ink trial for 4 months and I would like to claim the ink now. I made my Hp account and enrolled within the first 7 days to print from the app but never claimed the ink.  I am unable to process my printers code online and the screen goes blank when I try to.

 

My Printer Code is FY4Y 5STH 96M1 Q0MC

The serial number is [Personal Information Removed]

The product number is 3UC64A

 

I hope you can help me with obtaining my free trial of 4 months' worth of ink as soon.

Ideally, the 4 months trial subscription should be added upon enrollment. If you have not completed the enrollment, I'd suggest you complete it.

 

If you have already enrolled and the trials months do not show up on your account, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
