The only support available is paid support, I bought 2 extended service contract on this print never had and issue. When the last extend warranty ran I got end of life notice pop up and it stop printing in color. So far I have a little over $500.00 in the printer since I have bought the printer. I am not spending a dime and issue HP did to try and make me buy a new printer. I will buy from another manufacturer before I spend another dime with HP on this printer beside the ink program.

From the price they want for TechSupport on this printer because it’s the end of life I can’t buy another standard warranty I can buy a new printer, I guess that’s the point of the whole situation is to break the printer to the point where I’m either forced to pay y’all a large sum of money for Support to fix it or buy a new printer. So I guess the whole thing is an HP scam to make money one way or another
