The blue color doesn’t print anymore. Change it to a new cartridge, did the maintenance, cleaning procedure. And after the maintenance, the red doesn’t print anymore either.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.  

  • Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
