Product: hp envy 6230
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've just received my Instant Ink Cartridges. The black is ok and works fine but the color one shows an error. I've tried to clean as show in the hp support guide but the problem isn't solved. What can I do? Do I have to send the cartridge back?

Yes but only the color onde has this problem.

The black one works fine.
