My color cartridge for my HP OfficeJet 5255 was giving errors. After trying all recommended solutions and not getting it to work, I sent it for recycling. Now the HP Smart website says they can't send a cartridge because they cant determine the levels....
Please send me a cartridge or I will cancel my monthly subscription plan.
