Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought a two-pack of HP 62 XL color cartridges.  I cannot get the cartridge to fit into the printer.  The previous cartridge HP 62 color cartridge fit fine but I've tried everything, even forcing it in and it won't go in.  Why is this happening?

I see that you have trouble installing the new ink cartridges, refer to the document Replacing the Ink Cartridges for help.

 

If you still have issues, share the picture of the ink and the packaging for further assistance.

You have purchased the right ink cartridges for the printer. Check for any damage inside the printer or on the ink cartridges.

 

If the issue persists, reach out to the HP Support in your region for further assistance.
