Color ink cartridge defective, need a new one but issue is not detected

Hello

 

I am enrolled in Instant Ink, but I have never received Instant Ink cartridges. I have regular ink cartridges that I previously purchased. The black ink works fine. The colored ink is not working. The cartridge is detected as being full, but no color is printing. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting (cartridge cleaning, alignment, etc.) and the color ink is not working. The Print Quality Diagnostic test page only has black/gray ink, and the areas that should have color are completely blank/white. My printer is connected through the HP app and it detects that both of my cartridges are full, and so I can not get new cartridges sent through Instant Ink because it thinks they are fine. 

 

Can I please have a color ink cartridge sent to me through my Instant Ink subscription?
