Hello,

The other Day during the thunder storms we were having, I had a power cut. When the powe came back on my printer had an error message saying
       "The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer"

It was showing the colour cartridge as the one having the error.

I followed all the troubleshooting tips online and the problem persists. The only think I haven't tried is replacing the cartridge as I am not paying for a fresh cartright only to have that not work on me either.

 

Also, as a side note, the printer is fully connected to the internet but won't connect to the "HP Printables" server either. I have tried rebooting, and allsorts. but it just wont have it with either issue.

 

Please help.

Hello @Kumar0307,

 

I had already tried all that before creating this post as told to do so by the virtual assistant. In the end I spoke to support on whatsapp and they are sending me a new colour cartridge. so not to worry here.

 

As for the app issue, I tried everything in the link and it is still saying it cannot connect to the printables server.
