I have a HP Deskjet 3632 printer and it has started giving an error saying Ínk Cartridges Problem. It is a genuine cartridge and was sent to me by HP as part of the "instant Ink" program. It has not been in any other printer. I have taken the cartridge in and out (as advised on the help pages), turned the printer on and off, cleaned the cartridge electrical connectors but it still doesn't work. The error is related to the colour cartridge. But there seems to be no way to get a replacement as investigation of the error message says "I" need to fix the problem before they send me more ink!!!!
I need my printer working as my children will need it for when the school closes

Appreciate you trying the steps. Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
