I have had a cartridge printer error using my colour ink cartridge for 2 weeks and cannot get any help to get a replacement at all!
I have emailed HP support and they have told me I have to put this on as a public conversation, no mention of sending me a replacement or any other advise yet they have still taken the payment for the monthly ink out of my bank today. Can someone help? I feel I am banging my head against a brick wall here!!

What is the error that you get?
Refer to and perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve any ink cartridge related errors.
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.

I have done all of the above time and time again but still get 'cartridge error' the black one works fine on its own so it is clearly an issue with the colour cartridge only. I need this resolved as soon as possible. I have emailed HP on numerous occasions and at last I have a contact here but I have to post this 'publicly' …………...really!!! Just send me a replacement cartridge and restore my faith in HP!

The troubleshooting steps are suggested in order to check and resolve the issue as replacing the ink cartridge takes time. If it turns out to be a hardware issue with the ink cartridge, HP will stand by the warranty of the product and replace the same.
