Hi. I have an instant ink subscription and my printer won’t accept the most recent colour cartridge received. I am therefore without colour ink and can’t seem to be able to order another as it is all automatically done. I have tried emailing HP and have a case number but have heard nothing back from them for weeks. Any help gratefully appreciated.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
