I have had printer about two weeks and the colour cartridge has now run out but is showing up as an error-I have signed up for instant ink so is showing black cartridge to be sent out shortly but they won’t send coulur til the error has gone.The cartridge was installed correctly as it’s now empty ! How can I just get replacement with the error still showing
