Help. I am an instant ink customer but have no means of getting help on this. My printer produces blank ink docs perfectly but colour only produces yellow ink. I have a ENVY 5530e printer. I have turned it on and off, cleaned heads- twice but no luck. Is it a cartridge issue or hardware. If cartridge how do I get in touch with instant ink to let them know?
