Complaint - why is it so hard to complain in the app or website!?

I have a Instant Ink account although when my printer said there was an error with your cartridge I couldn’t get through to you and had to purchase a new cartridge because I needed the printer urgently.  How, despite it being a HP cartridge you apparently can’t monitor it or send me a replacement when needed because it wasn’t an InstantInk cartridge!?!? 


To make it worse - you seem to make it nigh on impossible to get in touch or complain!?

Welcome to the HP Community.


You should be able to contact Instant Ink Support when you have questions or concerns.


There are number of ways to find the contact information.


  • Contact Information is always included in your Terms of Service Contract.
  • When you are logged into your Instant Ink account, you should find a link / method to contact support.  (I cannot verify this one - I don't have an Instant Ink contract.)
  • Contact Information to support and link to support provided at the Instant Ink Website .
  • More information is provided later in this message.


As for complaint:

Consider your complaint received.

We are not Instant Ink Support, of course - we do have have a moderator group and trackers that monitor messages.

  • If / When there is a response, a Community moderator / agent will (should) post back on this thread before using other methods to contact you.

  2. Scroll down on the Website to Need some expert advice?
  3. Contact >> HP Instant Ink Support   NOTES:  Select Your Region // Hours are as listed at the site.
  4. The Terms of Service contract provides contact information, usually in the very first section.
