I've been a user of Instant Ink for a number of years and mostly it has been a good experience. Last month I was charged £20 - significantly more than normal
I would like to make a complaint. Many of the pages were blank and didnt print but were charged AND i was not issued a warning that might limit was breached and to change my plan
it's hardly been used in lockdown but as my wife is a teacher and daughter at school it has been used since September
