Product: HP ENVY 4250

Our laptop computer abruptly started giving us the message "printer is in error state" .  We have not been able to find any loose connection or change in what we have been doing in writing and printing documents.  We are members of the HP automatic ink supply program and have asked for their assistance (but no reply during COVID19).  Any suggestions will be welcome!

If you have a Windows 10 on your computer you can do a print spooler restart. You can find instructions on how to restart print spooler in Windows 10 on Google.
