Hi! I had good luck with the HP Officejet 8610e model, except but one problem I had was with the subscription to the instant ink. At first it worked, but after I received my first shipment of ink cartridges something changed and I could not get the subscription to work no matter what I did. Checking my Registration, Password, confirming credit card, uninstalling/reinstalling software and nothing worked. I’m concerned about bringing this problem to this HP Officejet 8139e that I am purchasing and I’m not sure if I should try starting a new instant ink account or attempt to register this new printer with my existing instant ink account. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

We’d be happy to help you with this! To assist further, could you kindly share the serial number of your new printer via private message? This will allow us to check if your Instant Ink account is active and in working order.
