I have printed every directions I could but nothing is working. I got a new WiFi and I’m trying to connect my printer to it so that my computer and phone will be connected to the printer but nothing is working. Also tells me to turn on my location on my chrome computer but it will not stay on making it harder to follow the dorec

First of all could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number of the printer and the operating system of the computer?
Note: Check the router band: Many routers can operate in both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz frequency bands, but not all HP printers support both bands. Make sure the 2.4 GHz router band is enabled and broadcasting. If the router broadcasts separate network names (SSIDs) for each band, connect the printer to the 2.4 GHz band SSID.
