My printer is connected and able to print, scan etc. The only issue is it is not syncing instant ink status and when I try to connect, it says Web services unavailable or busy at this time, try later.
Already tried setting up web services again, plug out and reconnect etc but did not help.
Have been to HP Chat support, referring to tech support who referred to Instant Ink department who sent back to tech support who then sent to Cloud department who again forwarded to Instank Ink department and finally disconnected the call. Having a tough time to deal with customer care, have to explain to everybody what's wrong and nobody does anything apart from forwarding to another group and I am going in circles from one department to another without any help. Been on chat and call for hours with zero result. The lady from cloud team cut the call on my face. Everybody created different ticket number and closed, I don't even have track of those. Clueless how to resolve, they are not providing escalation method too

@Nameee
Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
