Hi so I joined sky broadband in August and since then I've been having issues.... The printer (envy 5020) itself connects to the Internet but my online instant ink account will not go online, therefore even though I'm enrolled and pay 3.49 per month my printer says cartridge cannot be used until printer Is enrolled in hp instant ink, I'm guessing because the online printer can't connect to my offline account to communicate that I am enrolled... I have spent hours trying to sort it as I'm back at college now and desperately need to print some work, anyone else had this problem?
