I understand you are facing a Connectivity issues with instant ink, Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

If you're experiencing connection issues with HP Instant Ink despite seeing a green check mark indicating that the printer is registered and ready to print, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your computer and printer are connected to the internet. Make sure that there are no connectivity issues on your network.

Restart Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

Restart Computer: Similarly, restart your computer to refresh the system and network settings.

Update Printer Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can address compatibility issues and improve performance.

Reinstall Printer Software: Uninstall the existing printer software from your computer and reinstall it. Make sure to download the latest software from the HP website that is compatible with Windows 11.

Check Instant Ink Account: Log in to your HP Instant Ink account online to ensure that your printer is still listed and properly enrolled. Verify the subscription status as well.

Manually Sync Printer: On the printer's control panel, look for an option to manually sync with HP Instant Ink. This option is often available in the Instant Ink or Web Services settings. Perform a manual sync and check if it resolves the issue.

Reset Printer Network Settings: Resetting the network settings on your printer and reconfiguring the Wi-Fi connection can sometimes help. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.

Firewall/Antivirus Software: Check your firewall or antivirus settings to ensure they are not blocking the communication between the printer and HP Instant Ink services.
