Contacting a real person for support

Minha impressora não está imprimindo tinta preta. Verifiquei no aplicativo médico da impressora e diz que há tinta no cartucho e há duas barras na tela. Eu tentei o suporte automático e ele me disse para comprar outro cartucho. Eu pertenço ao esquema em que a tinta é fornecida, mas minha conta diz que não estou pagando nenhuma tinta. O que eu faço? Como entro em contato com uma pessoa real para resolver isso?
