I had a new hp office pro 9020 shipped to my house.  After installing the ink, i received a message that one of the cartridges was damaged or missing and to replace them.  After replacing the ink cartridges, the error message now says to use the set up cartridges that were shipped with the printer.  When I reinstalled them, I received the original error message.  How do I get my printer to accept either set of cartridges so I can use it?
