Deskjet 2630 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I just bought a new HP OfficeJet 2630 from Amazon which was advertised as having instant ink with a 2 months free trial period and arrived with a big red sticker on the front (of the printer not the box) stating a 3 month trial was included however there was no code or anything provided to redeem this.

I went through the set-up of the printer using the mobile app on my phone and when I went to set up the instant ink the app gave me an option for a 2 months free trial.  I selected this and went through the guided steps however after the point where I entered my credit card details the app went to an empty white screen and froze.  I tried this multiple times before giving up on my phone and installing the app on my tablet.  This time I did not get the option for the 2 months free trial (as I assume it was linked to the device used to initially set up the printer) however I did manage to set myself up with a normal Free (15 page per month) account.

How can I activate the trial period? I would like this 2 months so that I can assess if I will be doing more printing than I expected and hence need to change my package.

Thanks

Best regards.
