I am at a complete loss. I have spent several hours trying to change my location. I have a previous account when i was located in USA and used the instant ink service. I have now moved to India I cannot find a way to cancel my US Instant Link HP Smart account. I called up India HP Customer Service, they said India does not have Instant Ink program hence they cannot help. They told me I can use my own HP cartridges post I cancel the US Instant Ink Plan, have done via HP Smart however the printer continues to show error message " A Problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved" ...What to do ? This is so frustrating - Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
