My coworkers and I got new Visa's.  The first couple who updated their instant ink credit cards had no problem.  The rest of us cannot update as the credit card is now not being recognized as a visa.  One coworker was told the system is recognizing as a gift card (it is not), I was told Instant Ink does not allow use of corporate cards (but some coworkers used the same card no problem).  How can this be solved?  Contacting customer support has only resulted in being told to 'try again', or 'use another card'.  The last customer service supervisor told me to purchase a pre-paid card through HP, and then when he transferred me I was disconnected.  Tried again, transferred, told wrong number.  Transferred, disconnected.  Tried again, given new number.  Tried that number, told wrong number.  NOT JOKING.  I can't even buy a gift card as instructed, everyone transfers or disconnects me...going in circles.  Worst customer service/resolution EVER.  After YEARS of using HP and Instant Ink, and referring dozens of people...I'm so disappointed and desperate for a solution.  HP has delivered ink (almost) flawlessly for years.  How on earth can noone resolve this?  I've spent hours on the phone, emailed, chatted, for a MONTH.  HELP!!

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
