When using HP Easy Start on my Envy 7900e printer for the first time it will not accept a credit card. I get "Failed to add your payment method, Please review your billing information and try again". I have tried two different cards (one Mastercard and one AMEX).
I am keen to try the Instant Ink and would like the 6 month trial. Any ideas? Thanks
