Credits not credited

I had to get help with my account back in November. They told me to allow them total access to my computer so I did. After being told the issue was fixed the agent went into my account and said he was adding in some codes for me to get 3 months free since I had been having issues. I never seen the credits and have still been billed every month. How do I get the free months he told me I was supposed to get? Thanks for any help.
