After 3 hours on customer support HP wanted to keep following "protocol" and would not honor the warranty on my HP Office Desk Pro 8035e. The printer is making loud noises, printing warped and grainy images and they keep telling me that "seems print quality is good on our end" -- wouldn't even let me scan in the actual things that I print so they can see what print quality actually is (does the picture look like great print quality?). 3 hours to not even listen to the customer. "Protocol" should not take 3 hours. And-- I'm still going to be charged for a month of instant ink for a printer I haven't used in a month because of this issue and lost 1500 roll over pages. 4th HP office Jet Pro - Same problem on 3 of them. I think I'll be researching which printer to buy next.
