Truly this is not for the community. It's such a shame that when you reach out to CS you are either speaking with someone who doesn't understand, I can't understand or they just have no knowledge about products. Not sure why customers are often directed to virtual support when you're not getting responses to the questions asked. Purchased a printer days ago and still unable to use because of the many hoops you have to jump through. Maybe I should return and invest elsewhere.
