How do I get a hold of customer service?? I have a major billing issue. There only seems to be support for tech issues and not account issues. The emails I get from them are from a "donot reply address '. This is frustrating. I'm starting to regret being an HP customer.

I see that you are facing an issue with your instant ink account related to billing.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.

In order to access your private messages, Click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link
