I have been trying to solve this problem for a month now.  I have insta ink and currently have 360 rollover pages.  I changed my plan for a smaller package AND tried to pause my account.  I’ve been blocked from printing and they want $14  for my subscription.   However my plan is 6.99….not to mention the 360 pages I have already paid for!!!  AND STILL I CAN NOT PRINT!!  I’ve tried to chat I’ve tried to call and still NO SOLUTION!!  I’ve never seen such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!  

HOW CAN I GET SOME ASSISTANCE AND SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!
