I have contacted HP about for my HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 twice about. I have cleaned the print heads repeatedly, aligned the print heads, and changed the cartridge and still the blue prints pink. It is extremely frustrating! I have also manually cleaned the pin heads as advised by the second support assistant to no avail. If I attempt to put a store bought cartridge into my printer it goes bizerk.
If I try to call to speak to a live person, the automated assistant is in a loop and takes me back to the beginning menu.
