Product: HP DeskJet 2680 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

Purchased HP 65XL black ink cartridge from a big box store. It is about half empty, and the ink is no longer coming out. The printer goes through the motions, and acts like it’s printing, but I tried printing a PDF form and it spit out blank pages. There is some VERY light hints of black, but it was still white enough I could reuse the page and no one would realize it. I tried restarting the printer, I used the HP Smart app to clean the heads, and I replaced the color cartridge because it was low, and re-printed the alignment sheet, but it only showed the multi-color parts, no black ink. I tried removing and reinstalling the cartridge too.
