Rarely used DeskJet 2630 printer fails to print properly. Test pages after running cleaning cycles still only faint pastel colour with no black at all. Instant Ink check assures that current cartridges are at least half full.

I understand the print quality is not satisfactory. If the printer is not used for a couple of weeks, the ink could have dried up.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing
Clean the ink cartridge up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.
Remove the black and try printing in color to check the result.
If the issue persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
