Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

My black cartridge of instant ink is damaged and will not connect to the printer. I have gone through all troubleshooting via the automated chat service and at the end it told me that replacement for damaged cartridges is a part of my plan but I have found no way to order one. I need to get this cartridge replaced asap as I am completely unable to print any documents unless I make them blue. Thank you!
