Date of estimated arrival was listed as ten days before the shipping confirmation email.

Two problems - one is likely HP customer software - shipping confirmation was received October 28 and indicated we should receive shipment by Oct 16.  Certainly hope it is not Oct 16 2021!  Also, Confirmation said Oct 28, it is Nov. 3 and Canada Post has no record, just that shipper has submitted electronic info.  So my question is ... when can we expect our new cartridges?!
