Product: HP Officejet Pro 8100 ePrinter - N811a/N811d

I just purchased a 951 ink cartridge for an officejet Pro 8100. I put the cartridge in  and the printer thinks it is empty. I have done all the troubleshooting and noting works. Can I get a replacement?
